Hakeem is a healthcare and sales operations system designed for clinics and medical businesses. The best providers rarely struggle with clinical quality — they struggle with the operational infrastructure around it. Hakeem was built to close that gap.
The Problem
Healthcare providers are often excellent clinicians but poor operators. Leads come in and fall through. Follow-ups don't happen. Reporting is either nonexistent or buried in a spreadsheet nobody reads.
Patient acquisition costs were high because there was no structured nurture process — every lead was treated the same regardless of intent or stage.
Staff time was consumed by manual coordination: booking reminders, follow-up calls, re-engagement messages — tasks that should have been running automatically.
What I Did
Designed the CRM architecture and patient journey map — from first inquiry to booked appointment to long-term retention.
Built automated follow-up sequences that triggered based on patient behavior, not staff memory.
Created reporting dashboards that gave clinic owners visibility into lead flow, conversion rates, and patient lifetime value for the first time.
Structured the intake and qualification process so staff spent time on high-intent leads rather than treating every inquiry with equal effort.

Key Lessons
“The highest ROI in most healthcare businesses isn't in clinical investment — it's in the operations surrounding it. Most clinics are leaving significant revenue on the table through poor follow-up alone.”
“Automation in healthcare has to feel human. Patients aren't leads — the system has to reflect that.”
“When operators can finally see their numbers, they make better decisions immediately. Visibility is underrated.”
